Insurance and Payment Options
We are pleased to provide our patients with the utmost in medical care and caring.
We take traditional Medicare and most PPO and POS health insurance plans and also have self-pay options.
In order for St. Francis Sleep, Allergy & Lung Institute to continue providing excellent service for our patients, please be advised that we are not able to take Medicaid, Medicaid products, HMO plans, some Medicare Advantage plans, or any other plan that requires a referral or prior authorization for office visits.
Unfortunately, the demands and requirements of these plans make it logistically impossible to serve our patients with the excellent service that we are dedicated to providing.
Please note that even if your insurance company is listing St. Francis Sleep, Allergy & Lung Institute as in network, it will not apply to plans with an HMO model. Rather, a self-pay model will be instituted at the time of service. Ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to pay for services rendered.
