Consequently, this list in no way serves as confirmation that we are currently in network with all the plans offered by these carriers.
It is the patient’s responsibility to verify that medical services provided by Dr. Francis Averill/ St. Francis Sleep, Allergy and Lung Institute, LLC, will be covered by their respective insurance plan.
