Charges may be applied for broken, confirmed appointments and appointments canceled without 48 hour notice. Your cooperation in canceling your scheduled appointment well in advance allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to a person who needs medical care. Failure to show for a scheduled confirmed appointment may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

St. Francis Sleep Center:

Due to the costs associated with preparing for a sleep study, patients are charged a $175 cancellation fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the sleep study. Appointments must be cancelled by calling the office during business hours.
