• You will receive weekly private weigh-ins.  Our staff and Certified Nutritional Specialist are available to give you the individual guidance that you need.

• Studies have shown that group support and education enhance a person’s life-long success with weight loss.  Our Weight Loss Educational Classes are held weekly in our seminar room.

• We know that stress reduction is an important element for your health.  We offer weekly Stress Reduction Seminars.

• Exercise is also important for overall health.  It is proven to lead to a better sense of well-being, stress reduction, improves sleep, helps you lose unwanted pounds and maintain a healthy weight. Appointments with our Personal Fitness Trainer are available onsite.

• Our “Partners Plan”: Benefit from the support of sharing with family or a friend and saving money as you both lose weight!  Come with a weight loss partner to your initial appointment – one person pays full price and the second person pays only half-price. Weekly appointments (which both attend together) are half price for each!

Diet

You will enjoy all natural healthy foods.  Your individualized diet program will incorporate a moderate, balanced diet.  Meal replacement options are also available.

Supplements: We recommend Juice Plus+, an all-natural, whole food nutritional supplement consisting of 17 raw fruits and vegetables, which are dehydrated and concentrated into capsules or chewables.  For your convenience, Juice Plus+ products can be purchased or ordered at the office.

Medical Supervision: Dr. Averill and his associates are dedicated to patient care.   Frank Averill, M.D. is Board Certified in four medical specialties and brings over 20 years of medical experience to our Wellness & Weight Loss Program.  The doctor will determine if FDA-approved medication is appropriate for you, however medication is not a necessary component to achieve success on our program.
