You will receive private weigh-ins.  Our staff and Certified Nutritional Specialist are available to give you the individual guidance that you need.

Exercise

Exercise is also important for overall health.  It is proven to lead to a better sense of well-being, stress reduction, improves sleep, helps you lose unwanted pounds and maintain a healthy weight.  Appointments with our Certifed Personal Fitness Trainers are available onsite.

You will enjoy all natural healthy foods.  Your individualized diet program will incorporate a moderate, balanced diet.  Meal replacement options are also available.

We recommend nutritional supplements to ensure that all your nutritional needs are being adequately met.

Medical Supervision

Dr. Averill and his associates are dedicated to patient care.   Frank Averill, M.D. is Board Certified in four medical specialties and brings over 25 years of medical experience to our Wellness & Weight Loss Program.  The doctor will determine if FDA-approved medication is appropriate for you, however medication is not a necessary component to achieve success on our program.
