Immunotherapy: Fighting Allergic Triggers
For allergy and asthma sufferers, environmental triggers bring on inflammatory reactions. With immunotherapy, we can often reduce the response to allergic triggers and modify the natural course of allergic disease and asthma. Through allergy and pulmonary function tests, we can accurately assess each patient’s needs and recommended course of treatment.

From the fabrics and materials in our homes, schools and offices, to the fabric of Mother Nature herself—and even to the foods we eat—allergies can strike out at us from often unexpected places to complicate our lives and interfere with daily living.

Allergic Rhinitis
Rhinitis, commonly referred to as hay fever, is another common condition brought on by allergic triggers. Affecting more than 15 percent of Americans— adults and children alike—rhinitis can be either seasonal or year-round (perennial). Rhinitis in conjunction with asthma can worsen asthma’s effects and complicate its management.

Asthma
An estimated 14.6 million Americans suffer from asthma, a chronic respiratory disease characterized by inflammation of the airways which can cause shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing or chest tightness.
